Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Trip HQ account and all associated data at any time. To do this, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account:

We'll confirm your identity using the email on your account, then delete:

• Your profile (name, email, photo)
• Trips you own, along with their checklist items, expenses, and documents
• Your membership and activity (checklist ticks, expenses you added) on trips owned by others
• Pending invites you sent or received

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a short period where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, after which it is also deleted.
